0 Introduction

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• ld98 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if bonus fraud is suspected.
• The validity period of each bonus is stated alongside the respective offer — the bonus will be forfeited once the period expires.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 General Rules

ld98 allows betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Before placing a bet, make sure your account has sufficient balance.

5.2 Bet Cancellation

A bet may be cancelled or declared void under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• An event is abandoned or suspended and does not resume within the scheduled time.
• Evidence of a clear factual error is found.

5.3 Match Fixing & Misconduct

ld98 reserves the right to cancel any bet associated with match fixing or any unethical activity, and the related account may be permanently closed.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

ld98's VIP program has five tiers in total. Weekly cashback is awarded at each tier based on regular betting and gameplay:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your consistent activity on the platform. Cashback is awarded under bonus terms and applicable wagering requirements may apply before withdrawal.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ld98 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Using combined betting strategies with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Using any software, bots, or automation tools to gain an advantage in games or betting.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to find security or software vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Engaging in harassing or offensive behaviour toward other users.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

8 Intellectual Property

The logo, brand name, design, software, content, and all materials of the ld98 platform are the exclusive property of ld98. Copying, distributing, or modifying these materials for any purpose beyond personal use is strictly prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc. is owned by the respective companies and operated under their own licensing terms.
